Use of PawTerra

By accessing or using PawTerra Pets, you agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the store, customer accounts, security controls, or underlying services except where applicable law permits it.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity performed through your account. Contact PawTerra if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Orders, availability, and pricing

Product availability, variants, shipping routes, and prices can change. PawTerra validates current catalog information during checkout, but an order is not final until it has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, pricing or product data is materially incorrect, payment cannot be completed, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not possible.

Shipping and fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled through third-party logistics and supplier partners. Products in a single order can ship from different locations and may arrive in separate packages. Shipping costs and delivery estimates shown during checkout are estimates based on the available route and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns and order issues

Returns, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and other order issues are handled according to the current Shipping & Returns policy. Do not send merchandise back without receiving return instructions from PawTerra.

Product information

PawTerra works to present current product information, images, prices, and available variants accurately. Product information is provided for shopping purposes and is not veterinary, medical, or professional advice. Follow product instructions and consult a qualified veterinarian for health or treatment questions.

Intellectual property

The PawTerra name, site design, original site content, and other PawTerra-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks, images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PawTerra is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or an order. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
